Departamenti mikrobiologjik
Departamenti mikrobiologjik disponon personel të kualifikuar dhe pajisje moderne për çdo analizë bazë dhe kërkimore në sektorët ushqimor dhe ekologjik. Përveç kësaj, ai është aktiv edhe në:
- verifikimin e efikasitetit të dezinfektuesve,
- si dhe në çdo aktivitet të nevojshëm për të përcaktuar përputhshmërinë e produkteve me legjislacionin në fuqi.
Departamenti mikrobiologjik kryen:
- analiza të ushqimeve;
- analiza të ujërave të pijshëm dhe ujërave të shkarkimit;
- analiza të kompostit dhe llumit nga impiantet e pastrimit;
- kontroll të sipërfaqeve të ambienteve të punës;
- kontroll të ajrit;
- monitorim të rrezikut të legionelozës në ambientet e ekspozuara
Parametrat e matura
- Numërimi i Enterobaktereve
- Numërimi i Koliformeve totale në 30˚C
- Numërimi i Escherichia coli beta-glucuronidase-positive
- Zbulimi i Salmonella spp.
- Numërimi i staphylokokeve koagulazë pozitive përfshirë S. aureus
- Zbulimi i Listeria spp. dhe Listeria monocytogenes
- Numërimi i majave dhe myqeve (aktivitet ujor > 0.95)
